Dreams have long been a source of healing, guidance, and connection. In this retreat, participants will learn how to invite, remember, and explore dreams as part of their grief journey. Through dream journaling, guided meditation, grief yoga, symbolic art, and group discussion, we'll discover how dreams can offer insight, comfort, and meaning. Whether they feel spiritual, symbolic, or simply mysterious, dreams can become powerful companions on the path to healing and continuing connection.
