From Surviving to Thriving - September 10 - 11, 2026

Retreats meet from 9:30am - 4:30pm each day.

At some point in the grief journey, many people begin to ask, "What now?" This retreat explores the transition from surviving loss to creating a life that feels meaningful, purposeful, and alive once again. Through guided reflection, visioning exercises, writing, creative expression, and community support, participants will explore what is calling them forward and what they wish to cultivate in the next chapter of their lives. Healing is not forgetting.  It is learning how to carry love with us as we continue living fully.
