Retreats meet from 9:30am - 4:30pm each day.

Our final retreat of the summer brings together the insights, experiences, and growth explored throughout each participant's grief journey. Through grief yoga, meditation, reflection, creative expression, ritual, and community connection, we will honor the chapters that have shaped us, celebrate our resilience, and explore how we wish to carry love forward into the next chapter of our lives.  Love continues, and so do we.
